Crash Champions Collision Repair Akron Albrecht

TLDR: highly recommended, especially if they're in your insurance network. Great customer service and lifetime warranty on the repair. I had originally taken my vehicle elsewhere to be serviced and they screwed me over so bad it was cheaper to have my car towed a second time to here and repaired. It only took them 2 days to replace my radiator and so far, so good. If something happens of course I'll come back to update my review, but they also have a lifetime warranty on the part which makes me feel way better. The customer service was also immaculate. The last 2 weeks have been incredibly stressful for me and the ladies I spoke to on the phone for both the initial intake and the completion call were very understanding of my initial frustrations (despite not having anything to do with them, I might add.) I appreciate the couple of minutes of someone treating me like another human who is in distress rather than just an insurance claim number and some dollar signs. Speaking of insurance though: I personally have progressive insurance, and they're in progressive's network so the process was incredibly smooth sailing once it hit Crash Champions' desk. Also this isn't a huge deal but

Do not use this chop shop. I mean maybe if you have a baby scratch that just needs buffed out you’d be fine but past that I wouldn’t trust this shop. They conveniently fixed just enough cosmetic damage to right before it would have been totaled out. After being negligent with my truck and I removed them off the claim from touching my truck it went to an actual trusted shop in the area. The truck was totaled out then. They only missed almost $19,000 in damages and fixing their hack work they performed. But hey at least they were able to diagnose the problem to being brakes for the reason sounding like it was falling apart when the brakes had nothing to do with any of the problems.

Great customer service and people. The insurance company didn't tell us that we had to surrender the car when we dropped it off and Crash Champions kindly drove my wife home which is 20 minutes away. The car looks like new and they even detailed the tires.

My Honda CRV I thought was totaled from accident with a deer on the highway. Crash champions fixed my car that I didn’t even think was possible & they did it so quickly too. My car was fixed & returned to me in under a month. Staff was beyond friendly & very communicative with me throughout the entire process.
